Provider Mortgage, a division of Victory Capital, LLC, is hiring proven Mortgage Loan Officers and Producing Branch Managers who can maximize our ambitious marketing and advertising plan.  We recognize that our success is directly dependent upon each Provider Team Member's individual success.  We take a team approach in sharing the risks and rewards of the residential mortgage business .  Provider Mortgage will offer the marketing, processing and underwriting support a Loan Officer needs to maximize the highs and minimize the lows of our industry.

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS License in Maryland; and ability to obtain license in DC, PA, and VA.

• Proven track record with a focus on purchase transactions; 2 years minimum experience for loan officers and minimum 7 years experience for producing-branch managers

• In depth knowledge of major loan product offerings from FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and VA

• Dedicated self starter with the highest professional and ethical standards

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate new sources of business from builders, realtors, and various industry professionals

• Maximize direct marketing opportunities

• Provide impeccable  client service throughout the loan process; from prospect to post closing and beyond

• Strict adherence to investor guidelines, acceptable lending practices, and federal and state regulations
